The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to make the regulations laying down the procedure to be followed for the adoption of environmental management instruments under section 24(5)(bA) and (bB) read with section 44(1)(b) of the NEMA.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 16 October 2017).
